Following the address by the President Cyril Ramaphosa on the 15th March regarding the COVID-19 outbreak and on the 23rd March regarding the nationwide lockdown for 21-days, we had to take necessary precautions to help curb the spread of the coronavirus and has taken the following decisions:
1.Trainings - we (TICE) have postponed all the trainings that were scheduled to at least after the lockdown period (16th April). This is to minimize the risk of contact and maintain social distance as much as we possibly can. New dates will be communicated and posted on the TICE website (www.ticeafrica.com)
2. Meeting to be held online - until precautionary measures are lifted, we will be moving from contact meetings with our stakeholders to online meetings.
3. Emails and telephone call to remain sources of contact - these will remain our primary methods of communication as it has always been. This way we stay in contact without physically being in contact. Please be assured that we always remain available during business hours.
4. Working from home - all our staff members will continue working from home and are fully equipped to assist digitally and remotely during this period. We believe that prevention is better than cure and hope that you understand and accept our reason for instituting such protocols during this time. Please feel free to contact us anytime for any assistance or information.
